This is a winter warmer that you’re going to want to get stuck into. Rich in healthy fats and unrefined carbohydrates, this is a perfect way to start your day.
Ingredients
* 1/2 to 1 cup oatmeal
* 1 cup plant milk
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/2 red apple
* 1/2 banana
* 2 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tbsp cacao nibs (optional)
* 1 tbsp peanut butter
* 4 almonds (blanched or regular)
* 1 tbsp hemp seeds
* Handful of raspberries
* 1 tbsp coconut oil
Method:
* Cook your oats to your desired consistency
